What to fill in before launch

  1. Full name + address — German law requires a real, summonable address (ladungsfähige Anschrift). A PO box alone is not enough. Many solo founders use a c/o address or a business-address service to keep their home address private.
  2. Phone number — required alongside email ("means of rapid communication"). A mobile number is fine.
  3. VAT line — pick the one that matches your tax status and delete the other.
